「A very big problem occurred. I filtered for accommodations with kitchens and selected this room, but it didn't actually have a kitchen. When I checked with the staff, they said that the English version of Expedia doesn't state that. That can't be true, and when we checked together, it was clearly stated that there was a kitchen. The staff called the boss and had him report the whole story. The boss's response was terrible, and in the first place there are no kitchens in the hotel category. Is...
