「The house was an adorable little cottage. It was perfectly located for us to get to Caldwell with ease. There was some unexpected city sewer work that occurred at the house that created some inconveniences for us, but Maria made sure we were compensated and apologize for the inconveniences. She was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!」

「We had a girls getaway weekend and loved this place! The backyard was perfect for our dogs. It's quiet and was only 15 min from lava hot springs, so we got to enjoy the town and then head back for some quiet time. 」

「Loved the queen bed, it was so comfortable. The house was very nice and private. We enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch and in the back by the BBQ. It was only a few blocks from our daughter, so that was great. The only negative is there was no ice trays in the freezer so I could put ice in my soda. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. 」

「Like stepping back into the 30's or 40's. I liked it, she not-so-much. No garbage disposal, had to replace coffee pot (missing the basket that holds the filter--13 bux). No non-slip mat for the tub shower. Though dated it was VERY clean and tidy, ideal for a short stay and the best value available.」
