「First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (mind you it was a standard) was gorgeous. Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics.」

「I stayed 13 nights, and have stayed at the other 3 major hotels down the road before. The Quest is by far the best, I will only book the Quest from now on. Serviced daily, there was nothing I needed except groceries. I stayed on level 7 in a 1 bedroom Riverview Apartment. Can't recommend highly enough. Every staff member was brilliant, from arrival at reception to the wonderful ladies in housekeeping. 10/10 Thank you all at the Quest Rockhampton. 」

「I stayed in the a disability room. Which is not the best for an able body person. The bathroom, prevents slight problem, the toilet seat does not stay up and the back rest gets in the way when sat on the toilet. The wet room sokes the whole floor. 」

「Although our stay was comfortable the rooms need updating and refurbishing as you can see that small things are not being fixed before rooms are rented. A microwave in each room would make long stays more enjoyable allowing for small meal prep. 」
