"Beautiful location, kind staff, property under construction and quite dated. The worst wifi ever had to go into town to get on Vodafone( crazy expensive) for my 3 day work zoom meeting. If you want to disconnect this is the place to come wifi okay at the restaurant and lobby useless in the room. The food okay but after a week tiring, menu lots of fried food, one night I ordered oysters and prawns( theme night) the oysters were iffy and they forgot to bring the prawns. The pool is small full of happy noisy children but they do have a shuttle to their sister hotel which is adults only. I took the local bus around the Island and I would pick Muri beach as easier swimming, beautiful beach and safe especially if you have kids. All in all a great trip thanks to the staff for making a wonderful week in paradise"

"Everything was perfect and felt effortless. It started with the warm welcome at the airport, a smooth transfer to the resort and we were lucky enough to get access to our room before the usual check-in time. The amenities provided for each room are second to none. Kayaks, a paddle board, sun beds, reef shoes, snorkelling equipment and bikes all designated at our room for our personal use throughout the stay. We took the bikes out onto the main island of Aitutaki and cycled to town and around the island which was a great way to explore and stop as we pleased. The views from every angle on the private island were stunning. Staff at this resort were fantastic, they asked our names and actually remember it throughout the stay which helped form a bond with them. Shout out to Mere, Luke, Maria and Jerry. Breakfast was also amazing, full of everything you could want. We would definitely go back to this resort"

"As usual the rooms were very clean and the staff so very friendly and welcomed us back as longtime friends, which we are. The continental breakfasts were fresh and very well presented and the meals were up to standard so much so that we didn't venture away from Little Poly for meals."

"Pacific Resort was the perfect escape from our busy lives. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained gardens and property, we felt at ease from the moment we were greeted at the airport with freshly made floral leis. The food and wine list were well considered and varied, we dined within the resort for 5 nights without feeling the need to go eat elsewhere. It was quiet, tranquil, the pool was immaculate and inviting, and we appreciated the use of snorkels and kayaks for the week. The snorkeling in the lagoon right out from our Bure was a highlight for us. As a parting gift to ourselves for our wedding anniversary was a couples massage on our final morning as we waited for our airport transfer. The Spa ladies did a wonderful job. A special thank you to the restaurant staff who looked after us all week, and for the amazing flowers on our anniversary dinner. We cannot recommend this more highly, if you are looking for utter relaxation in a very unique part of the world. "

"Our Kia Orana villa was superb. Right from when we booked, the communication with Sane was superb, and that quality was reflected in the villa itself which was very well appointed and met every superlative said about it. If we go back to Raro, we will be looking to stay there again"
