The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

Amazing location especially if you are using the autobus center, free popcorn, super friend staff, room have everything you need. Will stay again

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. Great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk from the bus station. Don't forget to ask about the elevator from the city-level. The hotel is on a hill and is quite a walk uphill if you're not aware of the elevator. It's locked and requires a code but you can call on the intercom when you arrive to have them open for you.
