"The hotel was lovely. The communication with staff was difficult sometimes as 80% did not know how to speak English. There was very small ants around the outside and inside of the door to our hotel room when i made them aware they did not understand or didn't want to understand and did nothing to resolve the situation. Communication when ordering food was difficult ended up ordering double and paying more for certain items due to lack of understanding. If fluent in french then you are ok....

"The hotel is in a lovely setting. Pool area is beautiful. They had cold beer available which is not always the case in Morocco. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Five star staff service. Highly recommend."

Meget søde og hjælpsomme mennesker. De vejer op for nogle lidt slidte værelser og en gennemsnitlig morgenmad. Virkelig god rengøring på værelserne og et virkelig hygheligt pool område. "Incredible stay! Beautiful hotel. We especially liked the Moroccan á la carte dinner and both of the buffets! The beach is beautiful and the waves are so fun, would have been even better if we knew how to surf. The lovely man who served us Moroccan mint tea every morning made our stay always with a welcoming smile and amazing customer service! Thank you so much."
