「We stayed on a full-board package and were very disappointed with our experience.
There was no buffet service during our stay. Instead, guests were given exactly the same set menu for both lunch and dinner every day throughout our five-day stay. Several menu items were frequently unavailable, including items such as Caesar salad and chips. On one occasion, we were told that pizza was unavailable, yet after speaking with the manager it suddenly became available, which made the dining experience...
