「Over all the hotel was clean, good breakfast and in a great location. My complaint is that we booked through Expedia and paid before we arrived. They asked us to put a card on file for the security deposit. Without telling us we were charged at the time of adding the card during check in and again at check out. I was over charged for my stay by $430. We spent hours on the phone with the hotel and Expedia being told the manger was either on her way to the hotel and would call us when she arrived...
「Everything was pretty good, but if you are going to have on your website poor bar it needs to be a poor bar to stay open longer everyone doesn't go to be early we on vacation.」
「Tia did an excellent job checking us in. We had an issue with the air conditioner. Marcus from maintenance took care of it immediately. Tia later did a courtesy check to make sure everything was working well. It was a great experience from this hotel!」
