"Upon check-in the agent was very welcoming and provided great suggestions for places to eat. It was Explained to us there was no pool but we were provided pool passes to their local rec facility. We required an extra pillow and the front agent had it to us in no time. This hotel offers mini kitchenettes in ALL their rooms: fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top.
