Restaurants minutes away and convenient for the caverns or Sitting Bull Falls. This is the best place to stay in Carlsbad and we will return for sure!"

"The location of the house is perfect for walking to the water park, splash pad, play ground and swimming beach on the river. The house itself is in disrepair. The owner appears to be in the process of remodeling but if you are squeamish about poor bathrooms, open electrical outlets, or walls/floors that are not finishes then this is not the rental for you until their repairs are finished.
