「It has been a few years since we visited The Brown Hotel. Upon arrival, we found the valet staff very unwelcoming. The receptionist was also rude and unfriendly. Our room overall was dated and very worn. Carpets ripped, bathroom wallpaper coming off, crumbs on the floor, and hair was in the bedding. Will not stay there again. For the cost we were expecting a premium property. It was a major disappointment. Do not recommend.」
「Loved everything about our stay. The room was fantastic, clean, roomy. Enjoyed the fireplace in both the bedroom and bathroom. Had a good soak in the whirlpool. Great location near river walkway, restaurants (good brewery).
Staff was incredibly nice and friendly, went the extra mile. Loved talking to Lisa every morning. Good cook and was always helpful.」
