「Will stay at Vera’s place anytime I need to be near Conroe/ The Woodlands. Super clean and great beds and shower. Love the small kitchenette. Had access to laundry room too. Great gated neighborhood as well. Super safe and quiet. Really appreciate the open and timely communication with the host, Vera. Very nice person and super honest and principled to do business with.」

「It was a nice place to stay」

「Great value for cruisers, she’s a great communicator:)」

「When we arrived we were unable to access the studio with our code. We reached out to the host and they quickly corrected it. This was appreciated. Upon entering the property we noticed that it did not match the pictures (nor amenities) listed online. It was newly renovated. Aesthetically it was nice, however there were issues. 「Needed some rest before moving on with travel plans and got exactly that at this place, met all our basic needs effectively!」

「The room had ample space to move around comfortably. Felt cozy spending time together here after our outings.」

「Pleasing aesthetic. Appreciated the preservation of the wood floors, high ceilings and grand staircase. Views were onteresting but I wish I could have seen through the glass better. 「Kitchen was fully stocked… the property was ideal and family friendly. The beach was private and connected to the property. Many of the other condos are across the street. The pool and hot tub added so much value to our time at the beach. 」

「The pool area enhanced our experience, splashing about brings fun times with friends!」

「Extreme false advertising. Pictures displayed look nothing like the property. There are bugs. Terrible furnishings. And, 8f you book through a 3rd party (Expedia) property has a no refund policy once confirmed. May dispute with Expedia.」
