「Great hotel.」

「I liked staying here so much」

「The property was nice. The bed was not as plush as the Residence Inn in Baton Rouge and Dallas. The property is twice as expensive as Baton Rouge and Dallas and a pet fee was charged. I typically stay at Residence Inn because there has been no pet fee and the quality of beds have been plush and comfortable.」

「Really good stay for the weekend. The front desk staff especially Nathan was ah-mazing. Great customer service and even gave good food recommendations. Perfect for my family and I. Bonus perk is that the airport was a skip and a hop away.」

「I stayed just one night due to the early morning flight next day. Because this hotel provides free shuttle between the hotel and the airport, it was so helpful for me. Staff are supportive and efficient and the bed was comfortable.」

「The room was very spacious.」

「Remodeled retro rooms, Friendly staff, Great location for downtown Pensacola, Coffee shop in lobby」

「The property is indeed very charming and clean. And the location to the Pensacola Bay Center is excellent! You can walk the very short distance and avoid all the traffic and parking issues completely! However, there are some issues. When we returned to the room after our show, we had No water in the shower. My husband bathed under a trickle of water. By the time he was done it had completely stopped. I contacted management and was told that it is a common occurrence. To wait a few...

「Great experience overall. Excellent value for a modern and comfortable room. I never walked past the front desk without being acknowledged and met with a smile. Not worth removing a star, but it was a little off-putting to have to pay $10 so I could park in their nearly empty parking lot.」

「Was a great place. Would stay there again 😊👍」

「Clean and very convenient to many restaurants」
