The woman who works the weekend shift was amazing. She checked in with everyone, helped out those who needed it, and made conversations with us that felt meaningful (even if they were brief). "The hotel is a bit dated. While our door locked, we could actually see through a crack to the hall that was likely caused during settling. The rug was worn but still functional. The staff were great and the free shuttle to the local restaurant was wonderful. There are no toiletry amenities, which is typical now for this brand. The breakfast was good and offered the typical hot and cold items. It takes a long time to get on 93 North to Boston from there during rush hour."
