「Vicki and her staff are wonderful. They will transport you anywhere you want to go. Near the Raptor Center and the memorial park. Unsure that walking there at night is safe.」

「部屋の窓が壊れていて閉じなかったため、フロントに対応をお願いしたが他に空いている部屋がないと言われて仕方なくこの部屋に滞在した。その際、謝罪の言葉もなく、クレームしたがホテルでは受け付けないと言われた。エクスペディア経由でしかクレームは受け付けないと断られた。高級ホテルと評価されているだけに印象は最悪でした。」

「中心からも歩いて行ける距離で便利。 歩いて行ける距離にホームセンターもあり、通りの向こうの停留所から空港行のバスにも乗れます。 部屋はクローゼットが二つあって便利だったが、ドアスコープとセフティーボックスが無いのは残念 日中はフロントに人がいないので、鍵を持って外出。キーホルダー無しのルームキーは初めてだった。」

「Nice location from the ferry terminal to the airport but bus is needed from downtown. Local grocery is next to the hotel. Room is clean and enough spacious. Kitchen is convenient but no kitchenware for cooking.」

「This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious...
