「Peaceful property with wonderful amenities that lend themselves to an effortless family vacation. The hot tub and outdoor shower with a rainfall shower head are not to be missed. Host is easy to communicate with and made this trip so smooth. Great place to stay!Fyi, there isn't an air conditioning unit in the bunk room. We cracked the door and used a fan (provided by host) to pull the cold air from the living room in and it worked pretty well.」

「This place is amazing, such a beautiful updated home with more amenities than any other home I’ve stayed in with VRBO. The owners were so helpful with the entire process and were great communicators, checking in and out were seamless and the house had so much to offer. The outdoor space with the new shed bar, the sauna, fire pit and grills made our girls weekend! We will definitely be coming back.」

「We understand this was a lower-cost rental, and we did not expect everything to be perfect. That said, the condition of the house was more disappointing than we expected. When we arrived, the dishes and silverware were sticky and dirty, with food still on many pieces, and the fridge had half-eaten food left inside. The house was dusty, had unpleasant smells in several areas, and one bedroom had a strong cat urine smell. There were also spider webs and spiders in the kitchen. The kitchen was...

「Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower made it easy for my group of friends to co-exists during our stay. Melissa was super friendly as well and didn’t give us any...
