2 Bedroom, 2 Bath ranch style home. One bedroom has King bed and the other has 3 twin beds, plus futon in study room. Sun Porch, Outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill. Close to many beaches, 1 mile (3 min) from Sea Street Beach in Dennis Port. Walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream and Dennis Port center, close to shopping.

Linens for king bed are supplied. Guest responsible for twin bed sheets and sheets for futon, and towels.

Just got back from our stay in this house and we had an amazing time. The house was clean, check-in/check out instructions were clear. Perfect spot to stay for a Cape getaway! Will definitely stay there again.

Quiet, clean, quaint and perfect location

This home was just lovely. It was a perfect place to rest and relax after days exploring Cape Cod. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The two bedroom, two bath set up would suit families, and friends getaways.

Cute cottage in Dennisport

Great visit to Cape Cod. The cottage was centrally located for everything we did. Melissa had great recs and we went to her #1 rec for breakfast and it was great. House was very spacious and the neighborhood was so pretty.

Perfect base for Cape exploration

We visit the Cape every September and this year was extra special since our accommodations were so comfortable. We slept well on the quality mattresses in this cozy house, and had lovely meals in the eat-in kitchen. We felt at ease in the quiet neighborhood and loved the easy access to mini golf and beaches. We hope to stay here again, would recommend to others as a perfect mid-Cape homebase.

Great place to stay on the Cape

We only stayed two nights for a wedding but this was a perfect spot for a family. Walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants. Quick drive to the other side of the Cape. The house itself was comfy and spacious, even better than the pictures. Melissa was always available and had a very organized list of restaurants, beaches, and other recommendations.

Great Place

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. The house is very clean and larger than the pictures look. Such a comfortable house and nicely decorated. The owner is easily reachable and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great vacation home!

The house was very clean. Check in was a breeze and we were able to pick our keypad pin. The kitchen was very well stocked, complete with a good size grill outside. All inside a nice, quiet neighborhood for walking the dog, but very close to all the town activities. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect little Cape house

We stayed in this lovely, cozy Cape house for a week in August with 2 young kids and our dog. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and sleep comfortably. Well stocked with everything we would need to make our stay pleasant. Great area, close to shops, beaches and restaurants and located on a quiet street.
