BOOKING DETAILS

$40 booking fee + cleaning fee applies
$1500 security bond required
No parties or functions permitted; external security cameras installed

Please note, all bookings are subject to our holiday letting terms and conditions, with no parties or functions permitted in consideration of our neighbours.
Any noise complaints may result in the loss of your security deposit and immediate eviction.
External security cameras are installed at the front of the property and feature two-way audio for guest and property safety.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at or visit the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Failure to comply with this policy may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of payments.

Fabulous House

Exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated with everything you need - spacious living areas and very comfortable beds. Great location, just a short stroll to the beach - and a lovely walk along a shady pathway into town. Perfect for our family catchup - Highly recommended!
