Beachview Apartment 1 - South West Rocks

Nestled in the heart of town, this first-floor apartment offers convenience and comfort with its thoughtfully designed layout. It features three spacious bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a private ensuite. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it perfect for relaxed living. For year-round comfort, the unit includes a reverse-cycle air conditioner in the main area, an additional air conditioner in the back bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout.

Step outside to a generously sized balcony complete with an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, ideal for entertaining or unwinding. The main bathroom boasts a bathtub, adding a space to unwind after a long day of exploring town, while the property also includes Wi-Fi and a secure single lock-up garage for your convenience.

Please Note: 'Beachview Apartment 1' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
