"We go to Siesta Key 2x a year and have been for the past 10 years... and we always stay at the Seashell. This was the first time we stayed at Carol's unit and we will not go back to our normal unit. She has won our business! We love the location of the unit and her attention to detail for her guests is spot on! The unit is perfectly set up for guests and has everything you need! Love this unit! She is super responsive and just a stones throw away if you need anything! "

"The condo waa super clean, lots of towels for both pool beach and shower. There are beach chairs and even a cooler! Kitchen had coffee and we were able to buy things for the refrigerator. Excellent location to walk to a beach and a short drive to Siesta Key Beach that has free parking. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and 7-11. Easy key code entry. We had an upstairs condo with a big front deck The staff you check in with over the phone and they couldn’t be nicer. Free parking right there! The stay was perfect, I will return! "
