「The keyless process was broken. I had to wait 30 minutes for the key. The woman who brought the key had instructions to stay in the house with us. I was shocked since I rented the entire house for my family. The woman sat in the kitchen as if she were part of the stay and the family. The house was not 100 percent clean and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning upstairs didn't work. The experience was very unpleasant since we couldn't attend the graduation due to the key delay and the...

「Courtney and John, from start to finish, were AMAZING! From booking to check out, everything went seamlessly. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. John and Courtney were able to accommodate an earlier check in for us which was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very easy to use! Looking forward to coming back in the future. 」

「Zen Garden is a nice property that is probably great in non Winter seasons when you can enjoy the outside space.Property is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive.There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as front porch light not working, but overall, it a pretty good choice.」

「The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me....
