Het appartement was heel schoon, nieuw, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een parkeerplaats voor de deur, wat fijn is als je met de auto komt. Het appartement bevindt zich echter op een afgelegen bedrijventerrein met veel herrie in de nacht vanwege ronkende motoren (van het naastgelegen pand??). Het appartement was geweldig, maar wij vonden het geen fijne buurt.
