"Walking distance to Old Phuket Town if you can handle the heat! The area was somewhat safe besides one homeless man who seemed a little dangerous to walk past to get to Old Town. Hint, he stayed inside an abandoned building and typically minded his own business until he wandered onto the sidewalk occasionally. "Quiet secluded resort on northern end of Phi Phi Don. Boat ride away from nice beaches and snorkeling. Cute, comfortable, private bungalows for rooms. Low tides are extreme, so swimming is limited to high tide. Note that none of the resort restaurants have AC - they are all open-air, so if there is a heat wave, it can be uncomfortable to eat outside, but they do offer room service to your bungalow, which has an AC unit."
