We were within walking distance of the Alamodome, and walked both day and night for 3 days to our conference. Two days prior to our arrival at the property I received a call that the property was not available due to damages caused by a previous tenant, that they weren't able to repair in time for our visit. 「VRBO called the owner of this property regarding the death of who booked this house three weeks in advance and he still refused to refund the stay. The property is overpriced due to the proximity to the River Walk. Too many items in the house made it hard to keep track of your own items.」

「We arrived and notice the yard was not cut , the pool looked like a swamp ( doesn’t look like the picture on the listing) master bath shower was dirty ( wife had to scrub the shower with bleach) , counter tops and fridge door was smudgy.. Pool guy came to clean the pool 1130am on the second day and told us we can’t use the pool for 5 hours ( icing on the cake , owner asked the pool guy to mow the yard while he was there . 「Home is decent but area is not the greatest. Cleaning people did a very poor job. Found dirty towels and a very nasty crusty rag in the shower with a bunch of bars of soap with hair on them. Don't walk around bare footed broken glass all in the yard. Multiple door hands broken. The hot water never got hot.」
