We hope you'll enjoy your stay on South Padre Island as much as we have. Our family-friendly condo is right on the beach, just a block from Blackbeard's, the most popular island eatery.

Somewhat, we checked in on Saturday, a little lax on the welcome.we would like to share with the owner and you that the picture I am seeing now on this page doesn't match what is actually in the condo. The couch and love seat are really uncomfortable, and should be replaced. Also, the coffee maker is a disgrace, it works but someone else left the base burned, it is not what I would expect. We will not recommend this to anyone, due to no washer/dryer and having to drive to exchange linens and use the laundry

The condo was updated and clean. Loved the balcony, view, and patio furniture. Minimal kitchen supplies, but we weren’t going on vacation to cook. Direct access to the beach was the best. Looked like a new boardwalk to the beach (no stairs so great for wagons, strollers, ect.). We stayed on the 3rd floor so having an elevator was great & important to us. Pool & hot tub was a nice way to end our day. Limited parking & golf carts not allowed on premises, which didn’t affect us, but might be good info for others to know. Check in & check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The entire condo was just perfect for us. The balcony view of the beach was so calming, and the chairs were so comfortable to sit on for a while. The layout of the condo is very, very nice, easy to get to anything. Loved the kitchen and pantry as well. Just loved the whole package. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Adult getaway

Great location as far as quietness and minimal congestion of people and traffic. Parking could use updating, maybe make unused tennis court into more covered parking and give 2 parking permits instead of only 1. access to beach great and front lay & play area awesome w/umbrella rental right there.Carts for loading and unloading hard to use maybe upgrade....and condo NEEDS new couch badly. Condo very clean.

Absolutely loved the entire process; from booking, email/text updates, checking-in, and staying! Super clean, everything easily accessible. Beautiful ocean view. Will definitely stay again with family and possibly a girls trip in the near future! 15/10 stars all day

Great spot for a getaway!

We had a wondedful stay here for the week! The only issue we had was some of the buttons on the keypad on our door didnt work. So we weren't able to get in right away. But we were able to quickly get ahold of the front desk and have them reach out to maintenance to come help us. Overall, it was a great stay and beautiful location.

Texas is awesome

The check in was great. Condo was nice but the furniture was not as nice as pic. There is a palm right in the view, not shown in pics. Only the small door to balcony can open. No windows. If you don't use the air the tile on the floor sweats and is slippery. Management company is great. Walkable island but there is a free bus too.use more wine glasses.

Great place for family to stay for Christmas & spend time with SpaceX son who didn’t have a lot of time off. The condo was spacious! The drive was a little far to Starbase but we knew that coming in. We really enjoyed the balcony and view of the gulf.

Fair to midland

Patio door poorly functioned, latch plate is very rusted. Kitchen faucet filter needs replacing, very poor water flow. Dishwasher only works on eco setting, may be due to poor water pressure. Internet so poor, cannot use tv’s.

Lovely accommodations

Check in was a little frustrating, and the smart texting never worked. No communication from the owner. Unit was very clean, and the balcony was very nice. Beach access was good and the pool area was outdated but, it was clean. Overall, we had a very good experience staying at this property

Could not have picked a better place!

Amazing condo and beach view! The condo was clean, updated and very nice. Every morning I would sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was one of my favorite things to do. Very happy with our stay and I highly recommend this condo.

Excellent view

Loved the 3rd floor view of beach and sunrise! Enjoyed having chair and umbrella rentals available on the beach. Very clean and updated interior.
