  • Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private 26 foot poolside patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

    This neatly decorated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with a Queen sleeper sofa and two side chairs. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless internet is provided.

    While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf and keep an eye on the kids at the pool! There is seating at the kitchen bar for 2 and seating for 4 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

    There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo, PLUS a bonus room. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The King bed has a Memory Foam Mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features a Brand New- Queen-size Memory Foam bed and a twin with direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs with Cable and HBO. In the bonus room there is a twin bed, which brings the total maximum sleeping occupancy to 6 in beds. With the use of the sleeper sofa, you can sleep a maximum of 8 in this condo!

    After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front patio! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo.
