Are you looking for a luxury vacation? The Sapphire 405 was designed as the ultimate vacation experience. Sapphire 405 has stunning ocean views from the private balcony, along with outdoor patio seating. The living area features two chairs and a sofa, the sofa is a sleeper to add more sleeping space for the family to enjoy the large screen TV. Head over to the local Blue Marlin Grocery and gather up the goods to make a homemade meal, or get some take-out and make it a fun movie night. The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and a gorgeous bedside view. The guest bedrooms feature a room with side-by-side full-sized beds. The other guest bedroom features a queen bed. One bath features a double sink and tub/shower combo. The other bathroom has separate tub and shower sections. We place large bath towels in the condo, a total of 8 with hand and wash towels. Plus, we make sure to have one roll of toilet paper per restroom per day.
SPECIFIC RENTAL POLICIES
-A pre-arrival check-in form must be completed 48 hours before arrival.
-30+ day stays begin on the 1st of the month
-A 3-night minimum stay is required.
-Sapphire requires all guests to check in at the off-site Guest Welcome Center. After check-in, they must visit Sapphire's front desk to pick up key cards and parking permits.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent. Sapphire's Resort Fee of $49 per day is required and will be billed prior to check in ($57.33 including tax).
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
SAPPHIRE HOA POLICY FOR ALL RESERVATIONS WITH DATES INCLUDED FROM MARCH 14TH - 23RD AND APRIL 11TH - 2025
"The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws),
and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share a condo."
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
