The staff provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, there was no telephone in the room, which meant going to the front desk for help. The room was clean, but the door frame was in poor condition and felt unsafe due to loose hinges.

Overall was clean and was an okay place to stay if you only plan to sleep there. The pool was really tiny and the room was shabby and not well kept. There was also no fridge or microwave in the room. It was okay for the cheap price. It was also a pretty good location really close the everything.

Affordable but the rooms and hotel could use a huge renovation. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette (I requested a non smoking room), walls had mold spots, shower wasn’t cleaned, furniture chairs had graffiti. I had to ask to be switched rooms and thankfully front desk staff was understanding and was able to switch us to a new room that was fair.

Matress was paper thin with springs felt easily. No blankets only sheets on bed. Lights in bathroom not working. Only hot water in room so all showers were scorching hot. Security latch missing on door. Bathroom door repaired with duck tape. Refrigerator not functional. Staff was nice enough.

Friendly staff room was small but great for just the night a/c was cold. Only thing is pool wqs small amd they didnt have any chairs or anywhere for one to sit. It also needs to be remodel or just cleaned better looks like rust is on the sides.

Motel from hell!!!

Door to room was swollen and did not close properly. Sand on floor. No towels provided till asked. Bathroom door had a hole and light didn't work. AC made noise all night. Bed was hard and pillows small and dirty. Find sand in sheets and hairs on pillows. TV did not work. No microwave or fridge in room as stated in amenities and pictures. Pool was green and dirty. Will never stay at this motel again. Got bite by a bug on fingers due to dirtiness. Needs lots of improvements and upgrades. Customer service people were very nice and tired their best to accommodate.

Employees were the best part about this stay

I got what I paid for. The door to the restroom was dirty and the walls had boogers. Light did not turn on, water damage in some places, a/c was not cooling. The best thing were the employees: both were kind and friendly.

Older units. Bathroom is not updated at all, bath water gets clogged right away. Handicap parking was blocked off by a bigger vehicle that was clearly not handicapped and it was difficult to walk around the vehicle to get easy access to room, had to park at another handicap space to access our room. Encountered several small roaches in the room as well, it didn't seem to be as clean as it appeared to be. Staff was very courteous and helped out right away, that is probably the positive thing from our stay.

Felt like a bait and switch

The room did not look anything like what i expected based on the pictures i saw. It was not worth the money i paid, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was very small, the shower was disgusting, the conditions were deplorable, i am surprised this place is allowed by the health department to stay open, even though the Manager was extremely nice, helpful, kind, friendly, and had excellent customer service skills.

great location, low price,

I came to the beach for a solo trip on a mental health day break just for the 24 hrs. I took advantage of a $50 room rate. I knew the hotel was a 2 star hotel so i wasn't expecting very much. I was happy to be able to check in a little early which was very helpful. (shoutout to the clerk at check in) I was glad it was very well lit at night & convenient location to the beach & a stripes station across the street. The new a/c system in my room was very cold & not too loud which made resting during the hot day very easy to do. i recommend bringing your own soap, shampoo, and bath towels because the towels in my room were clean but they did have dark stains on them from previous uses. I recommend getting new towels & getting a small art piece for each room just to spruce it up a bit.

It was OK

This room was the cheapest we could find for the days we needed ($46). It was our first time staying here and for the price we didn't expect much. The room was clean and didn't smell bad. However the entire hotel needs renovations. The steps leading upstairs are concrete and they are crumbling. Someone could fall on their way up/down. Bed was okay, very springy, nothing fancy. The comforter. One side of the bed had a wall sconce but it didn't have a light bulb in it. There was also a smoke alarm, at some point, but it was missing from the plate. The restroom looked clean and towels smelled clean. However, the toilet paper roll that was in the holder had been previously used, and had some mysterious stains on it, so we threw it away. There was a new toilet paper roll available, so we used that one instead. We didn't use the shower because we honestly didn't trust it was properly sanitized, and we didn't bring flip flops to wear in the shower, so I can't review it. The nightstands looked like they had some water damage, they are made of particle wood and the edges had soaked up moisture and swelled, possibly from when they are cleaned by staff. The walls were painted teal-blue, but behind the nightstands the previous wall color could be seen, which was bright orange. There was also blue paint splatters on the laminate flooring. The AC did work well, no complaints about that. For what we paid, it was a fair price. The hotel just needs to invest some money in renovations.
