"The condo is perfect and beautiful. The humidifier made it so much better. Everything you could possibly need. The walk to the beach is a little bit, but no streets to cross, you pass both pools and through one parkinglot to get to the beach. If you use the cart, it is easier to go from the street because there are stairs from the tiki to the beach. This was the cleanest place I have ever visited. The bed was very comfortable. Pots and pans to cook, dishes to eat off of, even ice trays in the freezer. The shower had great pressure. There was even hand soap. The only small negative I have is the camera at the back porch, took away a little privacy, making us not take advantage of the patio as much as we would have liked."

"Hotel was kinda old but nice. Had a good view of the sunrise 🌅. Breakfast was OK. Did not like the parking fee! What hotel charges for parking knowing you kinda have to park there. ( ain't nobody driving around looking for parking). Thought that was very not hospitable. The elevator close to our room was broken so had to walk down the hallway to the next crowded elevator or down the stairs. WI-FI was terrible. They said WI-FI was free but you have to link to the restaurant connected to the hotel and then the restaurant sends you texts . Water 💧 pressure in shower not so great"

"The place could have been at little bit more cleaner. The room we stayed in need a new toilet seat. I feel like they over charged us because the room need some up dates. It was nice that the fridge had an ice maker and there was free coffee. But over all not a bad place to stay."

"The house was very clean and perfect for three families and four kids (elementary school and below). The host is not kidding when they say it is right on the beach! We were able to post adults at the house and the beach and supervise the older kids walk between them throughout the day. The pool was also a good size for everyone to enjoy and we all loved gathering on the balcony to watch the sun rise in the morning and the fireworks at night.The host was wonderful with their communication and made sure we were able to check in and out effortlessly. We had a small maintenance problem with an outside hose and the host had everything fixed within a couple of hours of us reporting the issue to them.Thank you for such a great experience! We will definitely be asking to come back again!"

"South Padre Island Stay ReviewOverall, we had a good stay here. The location is very convenient right by the beach and the property has a pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The elevator is a little slow, but it was nice to have one since we stayed on the 7th floor. The view from our room was awesome!The room is probably best suited for one or two people. They provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler, which was a really nice and convenient touch.The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but we were already expecting that. The property is also a little dated and could use some fresh paint and updating.One thing I noticed right away was sand on the floor when we arrived. I noticed it because I was barefoot, and we hadn’t even been to the beach yet. I understand that sand is probably hard to avoid when the property is right next to the beach, and guests can easily track it in, but I still expected the room to be sand-free when we arrived.The biggest issue for us was communication with the host. I messaged through the app and didn’t receive a response for about a week. We eventually had to call to get in touch with the host.Overall, it was a decent and convenient place to stay, especially because of the location, beach access, and amazing view. With a little more attention to cleaning, communication, and some updates to the property, it could be even better."
