We had such a fantastic time staying at this property. The home was not only beautiful but also very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our vacation. The comfortable beds were a huge plus, ensuring we got a great night's sleep after a day at the beach. We are so grateful for this perfect stay at South Padre Island and will absolutely be booking with SPI Rentals for our future trips.

Family Beach vacation

Family of six. Vacation/reunion. Clean spacious property, Near everything. Great beach views and access. Easily operable, hot tub. Property host with quick response and easy contact. Only deficit is lack of some usual amenities. You will have to bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc. but overall, great times!

House and location was nice. Beach towels and small chairs would have been nice since it is on the beach. Hard to bring those things when you fly.4 bedrooms so would have been nice to have 8 chairs at the table.

Family Christmas to New Year Vacation

The property was everything we thought it would be. We enjoyed, walks on the beach, as well as playing in the pool and sitting in the hot tub in the evening, watching this sunrise and moon coming up almost every day.

Beautiful beach house!

House was beautiful, clean, and there was enough towels for all guests for the entire duration of our stay. Kitchen had everything! Beds and bedding were beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of seating by the pool. Lovely view.

Lovely condo on the beach

3 generations of family (senior mid aged and young adults) had a wonderful time at this spacious, lovely condo on the beach. Only disappointment was small size of pool.

Great Location

Great location. Hot tub and pool are great after a day at the pool. The unit is in serious need of a deep cleaning. Mold in the master shower, tile floors needs to be deep cleaned, baseboards, etc. What I'd expect from a rental, but not what I would expect from a luxury rental. The management group is very responsive and easy to deal with. They just need to get with the cleaning crew.

We enjoyed the house, but demolition next door ruined our peace, quiet and tranquility of pool,

We enjoyed the house. Clean and compatible for our needs. Close to beach, loved the pool. Great location for restaurants and shopping My only complaint was the week long demolition noise of a pool from the neighbor’s house. Most annoying with jack hammering of pool. I understand the homeowners cannot control what neighbors construct and demolish. But really annoyed our tranquility and peace interrupted all day long when we are trying to enjoy the pool.

Beautiful beach front.

Wonderful place!! View was fantastic! Nice to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Nice pool. Would be nice to have a few more kitchen towels and bath towels, that being said the washer and dryer were great to have. Overall great place and will return.

Very nice property overall

Pros: beautiful updated property with nice furniture. All kitchen ware included with nice variety of plates and glasses. Towels included. Heated pool and hot tub. Amazing view and easy access to the beach. Cons: random power surges caused the lights to flicker and TV to turn off. Twice maintenance men came to the backyard without any previous communication made to us by the property manager. I found 2 hair balls near the hot tub on check in day that did not belong to us.

Beautiful property on the beach. SPI rentals responded promptly to provide more gas for the grill and to repair the steps to the beach. This rental is on a quiet stretch of beach. We loved all spaces inside and out.

Wonderful place! There were just a few things that needs to be improved. The shower in the master bathroom needs a good cleaning. There is mold in the shower. Also they did not provide any pot holders. We had to use wash cloths for pot holders. Other than that it was a great place.

Perfect location...easy walk to the beach and the private pool was wonderful to cool off after walking on the beach. Four nice size bedrooms make it a great girlfriend retreat or vacation for a family get together.

Great place for a family vacation!

We rented this property for four nights and we had a blast! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is big, the dining area is able to handle a large number of people, the entire place is very spacious. The picture of the back patio area needs to be updated because they have actually updated it to an extended walkway all the way to the beach. It's not the trail style that you see in the picture, they have put in a lot of work to make the beach even more accessible. There's a cute little bar and grill just down the beach, and since you're not really near a resort or hotel, the beach area is not crowded. Overall - a really fantastic place to be and we can't wait to get back there!

Great house to stay in!

Good size, great location, clean. The spa jets didn’t work, even after they worked on it there was only one jet that worked. Still we had an amazing time and enjoyed the house. We come there every two years so would rent it again if available.
