Good location but needed a few things

It felt like they were not quite ready for renters - there were issues we communicated with the main office and they passed them along to local team, the good thing is they did respond and fixed things like leaking toilet and wobbly ceiling fan, and need for more hangers and toilet paper.The outside areas could be hosed down and chairs cleaned before someone comes. There were white specs on the carpeting upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect, close to beach and grocery store and many restaurants. We did not need to rent a car.

Nice

House was very nice and we loved having a private pool. House was clean but the bunk bed was very unsafe. The top bunk was only held up by one board in the middle. The pool was also pretty murky after a few days. I don’t think the filter worked at all. Contacted the host but nothing ever happened.

Walking distance to the beach it was clean when we arrived my kids enjoyed the pool.. we come every year so we would definitely consider staying at this spot again

Family getaway

It was a beautiful weekend but the only downfall for us especially having 3 grandchildren ranging from age 5-10 who were most excited about grandma and grandpa getting a beach house, was the pool not in service until the following day. The plan was to get as much use of the swimming pool before we headed home. Other than that, it is a beautiful property.

Great Location!

The house was very spacious. I really liked the large dining table and the extra seating with the bar stools. We enjoyed the private pool. Great location! Walking distance to beach and to grocery store. The outside shower is an added benefit when coming back from the beach.

Close to everything

Walking distance to surf side beach. walking distance to grocery store(down the block). free shuttle rides on the island. Overall a very good experience

Extended family trip

Great location. Walkable to store and restaurants. More kitchen equipment would be helpful such as skillet and spatula. Pool was too warm, shade is needed.

Family spring break

This duplex was great! Upon arrival the place was SPOTLESS and gleaming! Keyless entry was simple and easy to use. Private pool was lovely. Only thing I’d tell others is if you’re staying longer than a couple days you need to bring extra detergents/trash bags and paper products. Also, it is a duplex. We were a bit surprised because that isn’t clear in the listing. Would definitely use this location again!

Perfect location

This property is great for the price. Can’t beat the location. Truly within walking distance to multiple things! More space than the pictures show! Backyard pool area is a little tight and it doesn’t get any sun if you stay in colder months. The washer is a little touchy, so beware if you have a large party, it can only take a few items at a time. Vacasa was super quick to respond when we had an issue after checking in and overall our stay was amazing!

The perfect place an location

The house had so much room, was very clean, lots of towels, had everything we needed, the grocery store was less than a 1/2 a block away. Highly recommend this for a family!!!

Very nice property!

Property was very nice, well kept, and as described. The living room feels bigger if you move the smaller couch against the wall. Toilet paper and napkins were of poor quality so you might want to bring your own. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Weekend getaway

The house is beautiful, looks just like the pictures shown. Everything was very clean. The pool is private which is what I was looking for. We would definitely stay here again.
