It’s was great! I loved the balcony and it accommodated the family well. I do like how there was plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed and the bed squeak . I can't sleep or get comfortable folding in the mattress

The location was excellent, easy access to the beach. Check in was smooth and no hassle. The only complain was the cleanliness of the condo when we checked in we found several dirty socks throughout condo like it wasn’t clean prior to arriving. The floor mats in the bathrooms were soaked and smelled. I don’t think we’d return due to cleanliness.

Beach Vacation

This condo was a delight! It was clean, quiet despite there being spring breakers on the island, and a close walk to the beach. In both pre-trip communications and during our trip, the staff were incredibly responsive to email questions and usually offered recommendations of places we were looking for.

An Okay Stay

Good location and convenient to the beach. Okay stay for first time staying in a condo. Pool was murky and had to call to get it clean. Someone was sent out the next day. Couldn’t use the pantry. No broom to sweep up, otherwise we would have. Had to use the mop to try and clean/sweep the floor. Washer/dryer was great. Couldn’t find where to hook up DVD player for movie night, so just watched TV/Netflix or played/watched on phone. AC worked great.

Family Vacay 2021

My boyfriend and our 3 kids stayed here from 5/31-6/3 and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room and great amenities. Love the fact that it is in walking distance to the beach. The property and the area were beautiful.

A great place to stay and close to the beach.

We loved this condo. It was great for our family. Very convenient to the beach. The SPI rental staff were very polite and responsive to our needs. My only criticism was I wish the condo had more frying pans, a measuring cup and containers for left overs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great family time from Grand Prairie TX

Although the condo was a bit small for our large family of 7 adults and 2 small children, the condo had everything we needed. Everything was great for the price. The appliances were really nice and felt like I was at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The condo was close enough to walk to the beach every day and during the day to go back and forth to grab lunch, etc., If I rent this condo again, I'll just make sure we have the first floor. Unpacking and packing, up and down the stairs, was a bit much in the high temperatures, even at 5:00 am. I give this a 4 star as I do think the condo could have been a little cleaner and the temperature when we arrived could have been cooler. The a/c worked fine, but it took time to cool off the condo when we first arrived. Keep up the good work!

Very clean, and convenient to the beach... felt like your own home...had a small issue with the ac but maintenance came really quick and fixed the problem.. even called a few hours later to check on it!!!
