Located on the Beach with Incredible sunset views over the Laguna Madre Bay from Private Balcony! RELAX, with your favorite drink in your hand and enjoy beautiful Sun-sets over the Bay. Fire-works view is spectacular from the Balcony and if you're lucky you may even get to see a Space-x launch.

Our condo is located at the best location on the South Padre Island beach strip! This beautiful 700 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4, and is 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms with a private balcony. Located in the heart of South Padre Island, this complex has private beach access to the east and a 1-Block walk to the main strip and restaurants to the west. (Free public transportation available on the Island.)

Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest.

Aquarius Condominium Community offers a variety of features to enhance your tropical getaway. On the first floor you will find a game/exercise room with a large ping-pong table, exercise equipment and views of the breathtaking ocean. The community coin / credit card operated washer and dryers ensure a comfortable stay for many nights and the $3.00 large bags of ice for sale add to your experience.

Sleeping:

The master bedroom is perfect for a break from an activity filled day. Rest on the hybrid memory foam queen bed with, wall mounted smart television. Additional features include night stands with lamps, a large dresser, and closet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart television. Additional features include a dresser for storage, garment closet.

Kitchen:

Easily move around the open fully stocked kitchen while you whip up your favorite meals and drinks. Stock up the cabinets with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay, stocked with k-cups of coffee will make you feel right at home during your stay.

Please bring your own toiletries. We provide the first roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay.

IMPORTANT: This condo sleeps 4 and no more. Additional guest will be denied entry. There is an exception for infants under 2 years old. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo. Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits.

The owner's communication was excellent! Upon arrival, we found that the coffee machine did not work, so we reached out to the owner, and they immediately responded with a call to thank us for reporting the issue, as they were unaware of this problem and apologize for the inconvenience. They also told us they had already ordered the coffee machine, which would be delivered to our condo address. We would stay again in this condo.

Tiny Condo and Noise and Over Stating SpaceX View

This is a tiny condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small, like a motorhome or camper. There is no dishwasher. Their are two sofas at odd angles to watch a TV that is mounted near the ceiling. Looking up at a TV this high cranes the neck and is odd. SpaceX main office and assemble buildings are in view of the condo balcony, however other condo buildings block the view of the launch pads! When I booked, the ad had a view of a launch, it has since been removed.The condo shares a wall with the elevator shaft so you will hear a low frequency growling noise of the elevator car and compressor when it moves. Will not recommend this unit to friends or family.

The location of the propery is great! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurant/bars on the bay. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating. I never had to contact her about any issues, but i have confidence if i needed anything she wouldn't taken care of it right away. wouldn't

Check in smooth, depicts the online description well, clean, uncluttered, plenty of towels, etc. Balcony has a great view. Loved the gates entrance, felt safe/secure. Beach access was nice. Pool was not crowded. Condo complex has nice outside seating area near the pool. Has plenty of shops, food places, gas station, etc nearby. Fun seeing fireworks over the boardwalk in near distance.

Great high rise condo with views of the sunset!

Our stay at this condo was lovely as it was easy to check in, the condo was well appointed, clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The owners also provided beach paraphernalia for guests and a booklet on things to do on the island. There was access to a private beach just a 2 minute walk away, a nice pool and picnic areas for BBQing. Overall a great getaway for a long weekend or longer!!

This was an amazing experience from the booking of my stay to the time I left. I’m local but this was the first time staying at the Aquarius. Wow! I’m telling you this was an overall amazing experience. The staff, security, and the quality of people staying here were all top notch. I even had the opportunity to meet and sit down to talk with the owner of the condo I stayed in. Everything was perfect. I loved the pool, the private access to the beach, and the view of the bay from the balcony. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the fireworks from the room was amazing. I can’t say enough about this place. It was more than awesome.

Place was nice and tidy when first stepping in, the receptionists are all friendly and hospitable. There’s only one jacuzzi, sauna needs updating. The owners of property left chairs for beach and a bunch of cool card games, sand castle buckets and stuff. Roku was available except the room tvs weren’t connected to the Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi was being buggy, didn’t let me connect to it, which sucked pretty bad. The password given for Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Absolutely perfect vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation over Christmas! Adrienne went out of her way to set up a Christmas tree and decorations for our family to enjoy over the holiday. Our children absolutely loved this! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! The view of the bay is absolutely beautiful and we sat out on the balcony many nights to enjoy the sunset! Adrienne was very accommodating when we had to make arrangements to travel earlier than expected due to weather! She made everything so easy! I also appreciated the time she took to answer any and all questions I had during our phone calls! We had the best time making family memories and will definitely be staying at this condo again! Book the trip, you’ll be glad you did!

Fabulous beach accommodations!

It was easy check-in. Hosts’ were great to work with via internet. The condo was super clean and cozy! The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to great restaurants and live music. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a warm relaxing get away! THANK YOU!

Great comfortable SPI location.

The Aquarius condos are right on the beach. It’s a secure property surrounded with lovely landscaping and large pool, with a short stroll to the beach with available chair and umbrella rentals. We saw a strolling security guard and had a friendly simple checkin. The owners, Adrienne & Matthew, were very friendly, accommodating, even offered suggestions and responded to our questions quickly. And although this unit dies not face the beachside it faced the nearby neighborhood, very secure parking lot on the bay side. The best part was the walk-out patio and chairs to view of the nighttime fireworks that were spectacular. Just like the VRBO photos the condo is super clean, quiet and comfortable. It has two comfortable beds(king/queen), plenty of pillows and tv’s with 1.5 baths with a small shower, which were abundant with like new bath an beach towels and a bar of bath soap, so bring your own toiletries, extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying more than 3 days. There were a lot of beach toys for the kiddos on the patio. In a great location this Condo is within walking distance to several on the water restaurants (but Uber instead) with energizing live music, great views, friendly service and good to okay food. Nearby restaurants: Lobo Del Mar cafe, Yummies Bistro (breakfast), Longboard Bar & Grill, Cafe Karma(coffee) and the Painted Marlin. Take amazing selfies with huge turtles at the Sea Turtle, Inc. , at Wylands whaling wall and on giant Adirondack chairs at the Convention Center with the nearby birding and nature center.

Perfect location and clean!

Booking a place to stay in any coastal area can be a challenge because if the constant humidity, heat, and salt. This property did not have any of those issues - it's super clean, well-stocked, and quiet. The location is right in the middle of the island with a view of the sunset and fireworks. Communications with the owners were easy. I'd definitely book here again.
