    The Space:

    Come and relax at this exquisite seaside retreat and take in the partial ocean view from your very own patio. Enjoy convenient beach access across the street as well as access to an on-site pool and hot tub. (The pool is heated and cooled year-round to 85 degrees.)



    The kitchen is equipped with plenty of counter space for you to create a great meal. Step into the living area and sit on one of the comfy couches or chairs and watch the flatscreen TV.



    WHAT’S NEARBY

    Located in Beach View Condos, you are only a few steps from the beach and many local activities. Want to take the kids to Beach Park for the day, it is just miles away. If you like shopping, there are plenty of boutiques and souvenir shops close by. You're also within walking distance to the entertainment district and Gravity Park.

I will start with saying the property itself was good. Excellent air conditioning, hot water in the showers, a block from the beach. The condo is a little bit dated but adequate and has your everyday living needs such as dishes. The housekeeping i would rate as poor. The 3 beds in the small room had dirty sheets and sand in the bed. We notified housekeeping, they came and "changed" the bedding. Still sand in the one bed. There is a nice washer and dryer so we washed the bedding ourself. One recommendation i would make is, you are renting a BEACH house, I have rented VRBOs where tbe host has beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Travelers cannot pack that stuff in their luggage! All in all, a decent place to stay.
