**Suntide III started improvement work on September 17, 2025, and the project is scheduled to take 150 days through February 13, 2026. Factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve:
Balcony Patio Renovation for all units ending in 03, 04, and 05.
North and South elevator shafts.
North elevator will be out of service from October 27 through November 23, the south elevator will be operational and available for the public.
South elevator will be out of service from December 8 through January 4, 2026, the north elevator will be operational and available for the public.
A/C unit condenser storages spalling and waterproofing work. The planned work will require the movement of the exterior  air conditioner units, affecting the AC service availability in units ending in 01 & 02, and 9 & 10, as indicated below:
North Side. Stacks 1 & 2
Floors 2nd to 5th. October 27 through November 9, 2025
Floors 6th to 9th . November 10 through November 23, 2025
Floors 10th to 12th, November 27 through December 7, 2025
South Side. Stacks 9 & 10
Floors 2nd to 5th. December 22 through January 4, 2026
Floors 6th to 9th . January 5 through January 18, 2026
Floors 10th to 12th, January 19 through February 1, 2026
Staircase & Elevator Access
One of the staircases will always be accessible and one elevator will remain in operation during the renovation period, as follows:
The north staircase will be available for the public during the work on the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work.
The south staircase will be available for the public during the work on the north elevator shaft  and A/C condenser storages work.
Emergency exit signs and evacuation routes will be posted during the renovation period; the outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will remain open and accessible. Adjustments to access points are expected, along with scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation.Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
