"Osaka Marriott Miyako offers incredible panoramic views of Osaka and a very convenient location directly connected to a mall, which was honestly one of the best parts of the stay. Having easy access to shopping and affordable dining nearby was appreciated, especially since the in-room dining prices were extremely high. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel particularly warm or luxurious. The check-in area was crowded and chaotic, and the process took far too long as new hires appeared to be training during peak check-in hours. After a long journey, the atmosphere felt more stressful than welcoming. Breakfast was also disappointing. The lineup was so long that I was unable to eat there, and the vegetarian/vegan selection felt limited for an international hotel of this calibre. While the hotel is modern and the views are spectacular, the room furniture and overall layout feel somewhat dated and lack warmth or personality. The property feels more corporate than luxurious. Overall, a convenient hotel with amazing views, but the service experience and atmosphere did not fully match the premium pricing or brand expectations."

"Great value hotel. I have a one night stay at this hotel before checkout in a single room. It’s great location nearby with many restaurant choices. It’s a transportation hub as well. Even raining you won’t get wet. Donki close by … very convenient. Breakfast is good with many varieties with both western & Japanese option. "

"Nicely located, clean, although capsule but almost a feeling of own room - such a design, requested for lower bunk which staff arranged, can lock and leave luggage early with no extra charges - which was a good feature for travellers. Overall good experience"

"Beds are just mattresses put on the floor. Ammenities were in a public common space, not at all convenient. The space to put shoes was extremely tiny, you take one step and it already transitions to the rest of the room. Water for the shower is shared with the sink and only one can be used at a time. Both the pressure and temperature have to be adjust together, and it's extremely difficult to control. After a few minutes, the water turns cold and it has to be readjusted again. No decent chair for the table. Ventilation in the bathroom is poor. Even with the exhaust fan on and the bathroom door open, after a few hours the bathroom is still humid. The only good thing is the fast WiFi."

"The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around."
