「The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.」

「There are everything. I cooked about twice a day. We could use washing machine and microwave and oven. The laundry is also comfortable. It's spacious and beautiful. Karine and Sara are very kind! We had a lot of support. This area was good place, safe and convenient. When I was confused with riding on the train or bus, Nice people taught me gently! People's hearts and scenery were beautiful and I was very moved!」

「Appartement très lumineux et idéalement situé dans un cul de sac donc tres calme bien que au centre de Menton tout près de la plage du centre des boutiques, de la gare ,d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie et de nombreux restaurants. Le garage fermé pour garer la voiture est un gros plus. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande chaudement.」

「The appartment was perfectly situated just off the main avenue and tram route from the airport inside the old town ,an easy walk from the main tram station. The appointment is on the 2nd floor with 4 short flights of stairs to climb. You have all the items you need to enjoy your stay laid out in a typical French style although the access to the bath and wc can be a tight squeeze....a comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space . We did have some noise from building work in the block and the...
