"The good points were that the staff were nice, the reception desk, foyer bar, and breakfast were very thorough, and that breakfast was included. Sadly, the overall experience was just 'okay', which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed calibre. The room was small, the 'amenities' that I paid £20 for was a 1-night upgrade because the two nights we'd booked were on different rates. I would struggle to know what the upgraded amenities were: no coffee machine, only basic shampoo and body wash, only one towel for 2 of us, and only one mug. We had to ask for more pillows, and the room attendant badgered us to not clean the room overnight three times. I can't say I would rush to recommend this to others, even though it's a nice place in a great location. "

"Clean and decent sized room. All amenities other than a microwave. Most beneficial was the location of the hotel, centrally located to tube stations and major attractions! Staff in the first shift were very helpful and efficient, however in the second shift, we found them less knowledgeable or willing to help. "
