「Amazing place to stay, lovely owners 10/10 would recommend」

「This was a dream come true! I had seen this property during walks in the area and finally got to stay here for a couple of nights. Very well appointed, super comfortable, very relaxing and so peaceful!」

「A near new house in a good location close to Conical Hill with good views. The house is warm with a log fire and good access to sunlight.」

「Lovely modern, clean, cosy and comfortable town house accomodation for our family to use as a city centre base to explore all that Christchurch has to offer by foot or the excellent bus network. Two double beds and a nice double sofa bed in the lounge was able to easily accommodate our family of five. Kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater. Overall we were delighted with our choice of accomodation and it was a perfect place to stay.」

「I stayed with my daughter and her family on a 2 week holiday, for the last few days my mother and I stayed at the adjacent property. The entire process from booking, to checking in, paying and leaving was simple. Everything we needed was there, it was warm and comfortable and also close to shops and walking distance to the CBD. One thing to watch out for - cars parked on the street can be a bit tricky to navigate dependant on the size of your car when reversing out of the driveway. Definitely on...

「Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nelson at Alan’s property. Communication with Alan was a breeze along with check-in and check-out. The house was as advertised, well stocked and clean. The location was amazing, as you could be walking along the Maitai, wandering the Queen’s Gardens or brunching downtown in a matter of minutes. We will definitely be booking Alan’s property on our next visit.」

「Nelson is a wonderful community, and this property is ideally located -- close to downtown, grocery stores, and nearby hiking. Shared bike/ped paths were also nearby for quick access. The unit has a couple of bicycles, and we used these as our primary in-town transportation. The kitchen is well equipped with a good complement of appliances. The garden is a quiet haven with lots of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees. This place is a great find!」

「This was my first-time visiting Queenstown, and this hotel was the perfect place to enjoy the scenic beauty of Queenstown. The Remarkables’ ridgeline was visible right in front of the hotel, and it was truly beautiful. To get to the hotel, we had to take a shuttle bus from the airport and then walk for about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant walk. There are other hotels in Queenstown that are busier and closer to restaurants, but I think this hotel is the best for enjoying the magnificent...

「No bed making and towels change during the stay. No one did not help us to bring our luggage to our room under the lifts were out of order! View from the room was so beautiful and breakfast was good. 」
