"I chose this property due to its proximity to the airport and the ease of public transport to Queenstown. The hotel looks new and our room was one of the apartment rooms which gave us a full kitchen with all the accoutrements and a washer / dryer which was great for us after using a motor home for three weeks!! The bed and mattress were quite luxurious however the noise from the plumbing system was truly wretched and caused noise throughout the night giving us a poor sleep. We were there for three days. Has a food pick and go service but not somewhere we would stay again, pretty basic all in."

"The hotel was clean and the food was good. However, I was disappointed with the parking situation. When I made the booking, it indicated that free parking was available, and the hotel photos also gave the impression that parking would be easily accessible. However, when we arrived, we found that most of the parking spaces belonged to other organisations, and the hotel itself had only a limited number of spaces available. I think the hotel should clearly explain during the booking process that on-site parking is limited, so guests travelling by car know what to expect before they arrive."

"Staff were very helpful & welcoming. Heating was a bit tricky to get right but staff were very helpful. A microwave in the room would have been useful. Room was very comfortable & location perfect for walking the city."

"V clean, but a bit too sparse for my liking. Cabin would benefit considerably from small additional touches. Did not have basic facilities like a bed side table or even a chair to sit in. Maybe even a bit of artwork?"
