「A very nice place to stay. No complaints to speak of.」

「Very nice place. Very spacious and very comfortable beds. The front porch is amazing. Very quiet neighborhood. The host is very easy to communicate with. He was very flexible with our check-in and check out times we needed. We where also expecting some horrible storms during our stay, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us.」

「There were 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. It says its sleeps 3. We had 3 people. There was the queen bed and 3 pillows, no other linens were provided. We had brought 3 beach towels, that's what I had to use to sleep on (on the futon) and the other towel was my blanket. The house was humid, the stained microfiber love seat was damp feeling. 「It was unprofessional no communication She double booked and I have bugged a B&B weeks before that date which was May 29th and I tried to call her no response. Try to text her. No respond and somebody else had to call me and tell me that she canceled because she had double booked and the people was in the house that we didn’t know about.」

「We paid extra for early check-in, tried to communicate before arriving to no response ,but when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and said they hadn’t been told about it. I also confirmed off-street parking in advance, but it turned out to be street parking only. The upstairs shower pressure was below acceptable, and the cleaning crew even asked us to finish the laundry they’d started. The walls are dirty and have spots everywhere a new paint job is long overdue. The caulk is coming...

「When we arrived at the home at 9 pm the thermostat read 82 degrees and the upstairs window units had not been turned on so it was at least 10 degrees warmer in the bedrooms upstairs. 「We checked out of this property the same day we checked in. It was booked 8 months in advance. When we got there the outside of the property was completely under construction. There was clutter everywhere. I talked to VRBO and the owner and got nowhere so left the property we had paid a month for and checked into a hotel. I'm still trying to get some money back.
