The house and property are exceptional. I was primarily on the main floor as I was the one doing the cooking. Having entertainment for the younger crowd helped me a lot when I was finishing dinner. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Clarksville in general is a charming town.

Week at Kerr Lake

Overall we had a good time during our week here. The weather was cool for August and we had some rain but we still spent a lot of time on the water. This is a very quiet part of the lake on a side creek. The dock was good for swimming and we had no issues mooring a 25 foot tritoon there. The interior of the house was more dated than we expected but things still worked and it was clean. There is a very nice new big screen TV. The outside of the home did not look as if it had been cleaned recently as there were lots of cobwebs. Matt was very responsive. There are three homes in the same field and the neighbors let their large dog run free. She was friendly but we still had to check before letting young children outside.

Great family lake vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock. The communication from the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this vacation rental.

Family get together

The house was great for our family!!!! It had everything convenient and was well equipped for small children. Highly recommend this house. Located in a nice quiet little cove with very fruity neighbors.

Mini Vacay

Went with family a friends. Lovely house, two docks were nice just a little bit of a walk to get to them but there was a nice cleared path way to get to them. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas with the family.

We stayed with our four grown children over Christmas. It was relaxing with lots of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 7 people. Plenty to do inside the house. We had a great time.

Fishing Time

Went with family and friends. Two boat docks came in very handy. It was a bit of a walk to them but on a nice trail. Everything was as listed and the hosts were prompt and courteous. We may be returning in the spring for more fishing.

Family getaway

We stayed at this property for Lakefest. It's quiet, clean, and close to Clarksville. Loved the shady, private walk to the beach and all the amenities. Such a quiet cove for small children to swim and enjoy the water. Internet was spotty, but otherwise great stay!

Perfect lake weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake home. Everything was as described - it was a perfect fit for our family. We spent the weekend swimming and relaxing at the dock & beach. The cove location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Another successful fishing trip

This is our third or fourth time staying here. Convenient location on bluestone creek. Close to Clarksville and within 15-20 min and shorter of all popular boat ramps. Plenty of boat parking for 4-5 boats. This is a must for a large group, no unhooking. This house has all the amenities one could ask for. All the kitchen utensils, two refrigerators, a grill, and much more! Thanks again Mathew for hosting us. You will see us again.

Buggs Island Fishing Trip

The house was perfect we was in town for a fishing trip. The house had accesss to the lake with a dock to park a boat at. The hows was clean and easy check in process. Loved the stay and will rebook in the future.

Annual buddy fishing trip

Property was great for our group. House was clean and everything worked. Would certainty stay again. Signal for almost everyones phone was terrible at best . Wifi was hit or miss as well. But that was perfect too..

Wonderful house, very nice owner!

The stay here was great! The house is even nicer than the photos! A lot of bedrooms and sleeping options. The game room was a great touch! Very close to Clarksville so easy to go to the restaurants. Owner was very helpful and thoughtful. Very close to Bluestone Boat Ramp which is a plus if you want to boat or fish! Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect lake house stay!

House and property were exactly as advertised. A great place in a unique spot of countryside. Plenty of things to do both in and around the house with enough space to do it all, comfortable beds/sofas.

Cons-Upon arrival you are greeted with 5 boxes of linens that you need to use to make up the beds. Some bags were labeled incorrectly and there was no color coding or system to match linens to beds other than to pull each one out and try to fit it on the bed. Who wants to fish through bags of linens to match sheets to beds after a long travel day? At almost $400 a night, off season, I think the sheets should be on the beds. No gas in grill, had to go out and buy. 2 dishwasher pods left for a Thanksgiving weekend stay, so again, we had to go out and buy. Weak WiFi so we couldn’t stream a movie. Dated decor-like your grandparents’ camp. Pros-lots of space in house and yard. Lake is short walk away. Fire pit had logs for use. Quiet neighborhood when neighbor dogs aren’t barking.
