"We stayed two nights so our daughter could tour the University of Vermont. The property is unit 4 of a multifamily, but we didn't see or hear anyone else - other than cars in the driveway. Parking is a little tight if you have more than 2 cars, but we didnt have an issue. Don't judge the exterior too harshly if you look at google maps, the interior is well kept and recently renovated. "Beautiful tiny house and very well kept. We were bummed that the beach was rocky and not sandy therefore we did not use it as much as we were hoping. We did enjoy the hot tub. This place is very conveniently located to be in the city quickly or enjoying farm country. "
