Situated right above Lake Champlain, this cozy two bedroom showcases beautiful lake views, a fireplace, three season porch and outside deck. The beach access is just down the stairs where you can enjoy the sandy beach.

Just outside of Burlington with a 10-15 minutes to drive to restaurants, nightlife and activities making it a great spot to stay if you're looking for a night out or relaxing beachfront stay in.

But just a message/phone call away!

Conveniently located off East Lakeshore Drive. Beach front neighborhood, with a busy community in the summer months. Many friendly people, and places to visit! Bayside park is across the road- large playground, minutes to Burlington's local eatery. Marina access just down the road.

There is Uber and Lyft, plus our local bus transport.

Gorgeous Views!

The property was as described on the listing and very clean! The furniture is really nice and extremely comfortable with plenty of seating. We loved the outdoor porch and enjoyed the sunset, even if it was a bit chilly! Beach access in the off season is a short walk past the house. A huge bonus was the provided linens which saved a lot of packing space!

Amazing Lake View!

We loved staying at this cozy house right on Lake Champlain. Location was super convenient, just 10-15 minutes from Burlington. The house was really clean, kitchen had everything we needed, including Keurig for morning coffee on the back deck. Pickleball courts nearby. We hiked, biked, played games, swam and shopped. Central AC worked great. Would stay here again.

Nice place

The interior was great and comfortable. I was a little uncomfortable with the cars going 40+ mph right off the front entrance. It was a little hectic getting into and out of the car especially with the dog even though we had her on a leash. I can't imagine with kids! Other than that we had a great stay and the views of the lake were wonderful.

The space was as described. Well appointed and very clean. Three things to know:1. The shower is really small. We had a hard time showering.2. The mattresses need to be replaced. 3. The street is busy and the house is less than 10 feet from the street.

Inside the house was clean and had everything that you need. Back porch was infested with spiders and spider webs. This is on the lake but the water was not swim able. It smelled and had lots of geese and what looked liked pollutions. Sunset and view was beautiful. Quick drive to Burlington.
