It's a place like no other. A place where natural beauty makes one unforgettable mark after another. A place where details are taken for granted because they're never overlooked. This is Sommer Water @ Watertowne Condominiums, and we look forward to welcoming you.
Indoor temperature-controlled parking garage, Private balcony overlooking the heated pool, open Memorial day to Labor Day, Condo courtyard area for gatherings.

INSIDE THE HOME:

This is a 2 bed, 2 bath upscale condo in the heart of downtown South Haven.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Bedroom 1: Main level King bed
Bedroom 2: Main level Queen with a bunk bed.

Bathroom 1 is attached to the primary bedroom
Bathroom 2 is a shared bathroom in the hallway

OUTDOOR SPACE:

This condo has a shared Courtyard, perfect for gathering and hanging out! Heated pool. Private balcony overlooking the pool area.

THE LOCATION:

Heart of downtown South Haven. Right across the street from the Old Harbor area. This is where you find the world famous Idler bar and restaurant. Also, you will find South Haven Brew Pub, Admiral Jacks and other shops and nightlife areas. Just a few blocks away from town center as well, this is where you will find more eateries and shopping. Just a few short blocks to the sandy white sand of South Beach and the new children's splash pad!

Michigan Visit

Our reservation was for three nights -- June 20,21,22. Because of church commitmtnets with left on Saturday, Jne 21, hence did not stay the third night. I realize how difficult it is to rent to someone on such short notice, but I feel some credit should have been given since you could get in a day sooner to clean, replenish, etc.

4 adults, we really enjoyed our stay. Well stocked condo,close to everything. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars was there wasnt enough comfortable seating for us in the TV area, and the pool was closed. (It was in the 80's for our entire stay).

the parking is kind of iffy if you got a large vehicle, but it's a very safe place. The beds were comfortable, Kitchen had all the thing you needed.

Late Summer Stay

This is a well-appointed and nicely decorated condo in an ideal location. We especially appreciated having a grill, plus a generous allotment of clothes hangers and bath towels.

Great stay at the Sommer House

The condo is in a great location and was a fantastic setting and layout for our family. It was close to shopping, food and a short walk to the lake for fun swims and beautiful sunsets. Communication was good (though had to call to figure out how to get into the garage). Well stocked kitchen. Cutely decorated. Only complaints were that the unit was a bit dusty and the unit has a view of water - but it’s a view of the pool, not the river / lake. The pool is also at street level not rooftop as listed. These things are minor - Would definitely stay again

New unit, great location

Lovely new condo unit. Location is perfect for walking around downtown South Haven. The issues we had were the following: no idea which unit # we had rented, needed 2 access codes to enter (which was not clearly communicated), no clear directions on how to enter parking garage (needed to grab door clicker from unit) and the master bathroom was not completely cleaned. Basically, the check in email did not give us enough info to easily check in and I am concerned about the cleanliness for the unit owners. If not properly cleaned after every renter, this amazing unit will age quickly.
