We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and very clean home. There are huge bedrooms, bathrooms and entertaining space for everyone. The pool, fire pit and patio were also fantastic! The host could not have been more accommodating. The communication was always quick and responsive. Would love to stay again at this wonderful home!!!

We had a wonderful time at this house, so much space, great pool. Easy to travel to the Farmer's Market downtown, and the beach! Provided plenty of every day needs, even TP, which seems unimportant, but really is. Would highly recommend!!

This was a perfect location for 11 family members. The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of seating inside and out. The heated pool, fire pit and spacious rooms made for a perfect setting to keep adults and toddlers entertained throughout the week. There was plenty of privacy for those having to check-in at work. While we drove to the beaches, some adults walked downtown for exercise or entertainment. Communications with the host and check-in were flawless. We are already planning our vacay next year.

Family vaca

Yearly trip with family, we chose South Haven , Mi and we are so glad we did. The house was perfect, we had 4 families (8 adults and 6 children , ranging from 10 yrs to 5 months old). and the house accommodated us all perfectly.

The house was clean upon arrival which is always noted and appreciated. Bob answered a couple of questions we had very rapidly. Pool area was beautiful and perfect to have available for the younger kids. The fire pit is a nice addition as were the pool floats in the garage.

Fall Break Fun

The house is spacious, clean and exactly as the listing describes. The heated pool was a hit with the kids! The house isn’t exactly walking distance from downtown SH or the beach but it’s only a five minute drive and easy to get to. Bob was very nice to work with and he even keep the pool open for our stay!

Great house and location

I went up with a group of friends for a golf trip, and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was fantastic, great outdoor space with the fire pit, and plenty of bed space. The walk to town was easy, and Bob made the check-in and check-out easy. I’m looking forward to returning!

Great house for large groups

This vacation home is great for large groups. We had 10 adults and 1 teen, and there was more than enough space for all of us, including lots of bathrooms! The best part about this property is the back yard. The pool is really nice, and it's heated. We used the fire pit a couple of evenings, and there was space for a few outside games that we had brought. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

First time in South Haven

We had a great stay! Very spacious clean home. Everyone had their own bathroom which was so nice. Kids loved the pool! 5 min drive to town/beach. Host was great to work with too.

Great place in South Haven

We spent an awesome week at this home in South Haven. Our group included ages from 5 to 75 and everyone had a great time. The pool and outdoor set up was perfect for kids and grandparents. The house was big and spacious. Bob was a great host and easy to contact. We hope to come back to this house another summer!

Family Get Together

Property was clean and plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. The heated pool was a big hit and were able to use although the outside temperature was 65 degrees. Close to town and Lake Michigan. Great stay, would highly recommend!

Fantastic place!

We stayed here with our kids, their spouses and our grandkids. What a fabulous time. The place is huge and we never felt like we were in each others way. The place is even larger in person than the listing conveys. Each family and the kids has their own bathroom, which was perfect. The heated pool was the highlight of our trip. Plenty of space for everyone to sit around and plenty of spots for more intimate conversations away from the family. The kitchen was perfect for our meals, and the accommodations overall were so nice we barely left the house! We are already talking about a return trip.

Plenty of space, and so clean.

This house was so big. Plenty of room for five couples. The pool was nice and warm. The homeowner responded quickly to any questions we had. A great home, and a fun town. We had a beautiful weekend.

What a great house!

We were super happy with the property! Everyone had their own bedroom area which allowed respite for our big group! The pool was perfect for our kiddos, and the kitchen was well appointed for making family meals. The location is basically perfect - a less than 5 minute drive to everything you'd want to see.

5 Star Property for Annual Summer Trip

My group consisted of ten adults and this was our 5th annual South Haven Summer Trip. We stayed 3 nights Thursday - Sunday. Compared to the two other properties our group has historically rented in the area and enjoyed, Bob's property takes the cake by a mile. The property has so much to offer (e.g. 5 full bathrooms, heated pool, lounge pool chairs, large outdoor umbrellas, ping pong, tetherball, grill, bon fire pit). The location is a bit further of a walk (22 min to Captain Lou's :D), BUT it's well worth it with all the other great amenities / value adds of the property. The only item(s) our group wish would be improved for the future would be adding bar / cocktail making supplies to the kitchen. Bob was super easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We had zero issues during our stay and so we had no need to reach out to Bob for additional assistance.

Wedding weekend

This home was absolutely amazing! It was so clean and user-friendly. We didn’t even use all the amenities that were offered. I would definitely rent here again and recommend it. It was an amazing place to stay before and after our daughters wedding
