「I don’t want to publish review, but I really think the owners should let people know that two of thee bedrooms are in the basement and one has no windows. Also a big issue is the firing range next door. Gunshots every day and a poor dead bird on deck. Afraid to go outside!!!」

「The country setting provided a quiet retreat. The home is well equipped: plenty of beds, multiple gathering places, pool with towels (although it was pretty cold until the pool guy came and provided help). The outdoor grill provides additional cooking space. The home is within easy driving to many places of interest. We had a nice week at this home.」

「The house is lovely and so perfectly located. The two bedrooms were sufficiently apart and next to their own bathrooms so both couples had privacy.the screened in porch was perfect to hang out and play cards at night and my dog absolutely loved the back yard. The location is superb, conviently located central to Stockbridge, ,lenox and Great Barrington. Fifteen minutes to Tanglewood and the Norman Rockwell museums. There are so many hiking trails with fabulous mountain views nearby.」

「This is my second summer renting this house. It's great. Beautiful home, lots of light, in the woods, very comfortable. Our first year we had a rainy Sunday and it was fun to just hang out in. Very clean. The rental contact person was very responsive to a question we had. Five minutes from Jacob's Pillow. Lenox/Lee/Stockbridge are all just a quick drive away. Very quiet rural setting. A deer visited us this year, early on Sunday morning. Love this place.」

「From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

「We stayed at the Meadow House over Labor Day weekend. Lars was super accommodating to us and made sure we were taken care of. Really quick responses from him and he’s even working with us to return something one of the friends I was with left behind. Definitely recommend this house if you’re looking to escape the city or go hiking near by.」

「This large home has many comfortable bedrooms, some very large suites. The kitchen is very well stocked. Our family had a wonderful stay. The pool was great, and a center of our enjoyment. Kids also enjoyed the game room.」

「We enjoyed our week in Pittsfield and at this home. The house was as described and expected, and it offered the privacy and seclusion we wanted.
