「Accès à l'hôtel impossible sauf à des voyageurs sac à dos. Escalier difficile au début et très étroit par la suite. Chambre sans confort. Le préposé à l’accueil a très bien compris la situation et en principe ne nous facturera pas. De plus comme le titre indiquait Agdz nous pensions que l'hôtel était bien à Agdz, mais en fait il est dans la province d'Agdz, à 40 km au sud de Agdz en direction de Zagora! 「hotels.comで予約支払いが終了後にチェックインしたのだが現金の支払いを要求され、夜暗くなってから、出るか払うかの選択を迫られた。以前、エクスペディア経由の客でホテル側に対し支払いが実施されなかった経験があり、私もその可能性有りと、雑な判断をされた訳だ。ディレクターが夜遅く来て、説明なしに問題解決したのには違和感が残る。WIFIは使用に料金がかかる。行くんだったら、現金支払いで行くのが良い。」

「Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Abendessen ist dort allerdings sehr teuer.」
