「My bijou little room was on the first floor of the inn (as opposed to some rooms they have in separate buildings). Quite a nice little room but no view and I had to climb onto the bed to open the velux window. When I opened the bathroom window I had unfortunate cooking smells from the kitchen extractor which was a few feet away, so I only opened it outside meal times. 「What a beautiful place in an idyllic setting. Our room was extremely spacious and could have benefited from a portable air conditioning unit as we were located at the top of the building but the heat didn’t detract from our experience. The bed was large and comfortable and the tea/coffee, and biscuits were top quality. The fresh milk in the fridge and chilled water was an unexpected bonus ! 「素晴らしいホテルでした。 子ども３人連れで宿泊して騒がしかったのですが、嫌な顔１つせず対応してくれました。 目の前に広い公園もあったので夕方はたっぷり遊ばせることが出来ました！ 部屋も清潔で安眠出来ました。 朝食のイングリッシュブレックファストは全ての食材に対する火の通し加減が最高でしたし、フルーツやイングリッシュクラフィティーのバイキングも魅力的でした。 なかなか座って食事するのが難しい２歳児が一緒でしたが、優しい奥さんが私たち夫婦が食べ終わるまで中庭で遊ばせてくれ、ゆっくり味わうことが出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。」

「The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high.
