"Very clean and spacious room for 3 adults, nicely decorated, bathroom was spacious shower pressure was great and hot water was almost instant. Air conditioner was quiet and the fridge was a welcome addition. We stayed on the second floor and didn’t hear any noise at night. Breakfast was in a lovely lounge with hot and cold choices. Parking was free and easy and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the casino, less than 5 minutes way. Location is excellent, lots of places to eat and shop. We will be back !!"

"I grew up in this area and moved away years ago. This hsa been my go to place to stay when visiting ever since. it has gone through many changes over the years and remains a good bargain for the price. Years ago it was a Best Western and I can't remember what else. Now it is a La Quinta. I can't say I have noticed much change in the experience. It remanis as my go to place."

"This is a top class hotel which has been recently renovated with new everything including beautiful modern bathrooms with walk in showers that are amazing. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and considerate. The bar was beautiful and classy. The restaurant had a gorgeous dining room with the option to dine on the new outdoor covered patio. A large second dining or banquet room is very nice too. The free continental breakfast was good but would be nice if it had a waffle maker even though toaster waffles are available along with cereal and English muffins. Overall we loved this high class vintage hotel in beautiful downtown There was an abundance of off street parking in the newly paved lot. This hotel is conveniently located in beautiful downtown historic Fredonia about 10 minutes from Lake Erie and we will definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful trip, beautiful grounds and flowers. Definitely needed better signage for activities - Where the restaurants are located, where to drive to the Mountain Coaster, truly needed SIGNS for buildings and where stuff is located, McCartney's Cafe, etc... the pictures show 3 pools, but The Tamarac is just ONE pool and 2 hot tubs (1 was not hot) there was a charge to use the other pools. Overall great stay, but disappointed in what was included and where to go to eat...."
